Clark is the second of four children and has a passion for photography. Needless to say, it takes money to pursue photography, and Clark hated asking his parents for money. He knew that family finances were tight, but his parents would want to nurture his interests, even at the expense of their comfort and security. It was an impossible position for a boy as young and ambitious as Clark to find himself in.
Clark became a beneficiary of K.I.D.S. Foundation in seventh grade. The support has enabled him to pursue his interests without putting additional financial strain on his family. He is a photojournalist for the school newspaper and a member of the school’s Shutterbug Club.
In 9th Grade, Clark wants to continue his photographic career and attend business school. He is confident but humble about his education as a “work-in-progress” and eager to learn. “If I don’t understand something,” Clark said, “I ask the top students in my class since they understand it more.”
Clark is grateful for his support and enthusiastic about the future. Small contributions through the K.I.D.S. Foundation help real kids pursue ambitious yet attainable dreams. Clark is a living, breathing example of that.
